Welcome to Rhymes With Orange Photography! My name is Aaron Lutsch and I am a professional photographer based in Victoria, British Columbia. I service Victoria, Vancouver Island and occasionally the mainland. My work focuses on two genres: corporate and lifestyle (which includes wedding photography). With corporate photography, I put my eye for detail and precision to work for the client, showcasing their company the way it intends to be perceived while providing quick turnaround times to meet the social media demands of today. With lifestyle photography, it's my job to put all the pieces together to tell a story in a way that will be remembered. A wedding, for example, can happen so quickly that the couple can feel as though they lose track of their guests and all the little details they worked so hard in preparing. I ensure the pictures bring their memories back to the most special day in their lives. Both corporate and lifestyle genres include a large share of event photography, which for me is essentially about capturing unstaged expression. A bride crying on her father's shoulder during a dance, colleagues engagingly collaborating and debating during a creative workshop, or a musician's face as he is pouring his heart out to a guitar solo - these are the moments that last and the ones we want to remember.
