Colwood Council heard presentations from the Royal Bay and Royal Beach development teams at a public meeting held Monday, December 16th at City Hall.
The information comes in advance of Council's consideration of rezoning applications for both properties.
Royal Bay Presentation Overview
GableCraft Homes provided an update on their plans for Latoria South, including the Commons commercial area, the Quarry neighbourhood, public spaces, parks and trails as build-out of the Latoria North area continues to progress, on target to have 240 homes occupied by the end of 2019. Royal Beach Presentation Overview
Seacliff Properties presented plans for residential and commercial development of the 134 acre waterfront property at Royal Beach. Their presentation included concepts for a waterfront pub, an amphitheatre, parks, trails, art walks, children's play areas, kayak rentals, picnic spaces and more.
