Onni Group is expected to do its next big concrete pour at Colwood Corners on Thursday, July 25, 2019. Jerome Road will be closed at Sooke Road to allow for the trucks to operate.

The concrete work for the large corner building is expected to be largely complete by September when the first building will take shape.

There has also been large core drilling equipment on site to complete underground pipe piles and chambers (caissons). That infrastructure should be complete by the end of August.

You'll notice the old sales centre by London Drugs has been moved off the site as well. Civil works for buildings 4, 5 & 6 will get underway there soon.
