Don't miss Colwood's free summer celebration at the beautiful Beachlands - a fabulous seaside property just a stone's throw beyond the Lagoon Beach in Colwood. On Saturday, July 26 from 1pm to 7pm there will be music by five live bands, a food truck festival where you can sample flavours from around the world, beachside beverages served by Victoria Beer Society, and tons of fun right by the ocean all day.
The Eats & Beats event area at The Beachlands features a grassy lawn, a hillside seating area, a kids playground, sandy beach play areas, breathtaking ocean views, and easy access to the cool waters of the Salish Sea. Over time we'll see more and more events and activities at the picturesque Beachlands site where new homes, parks, trails, restaurants, and shops, as well as an amphitheater, a public plaza and other engaging public spaces, are beginning to take shape.
