It's live music all day with an international food truck festival, beachside beverage service with Victoria Beer Society and all kinds of fun by the ocean! We're celebrating summer with FREE fun on the street, sand, and sea.

Picture yourself with your favourite people on the sunny beach by the ocean, cold beverage in hand, grooving to the summertime tunes of some of the best local bands. Sample international flavours from all your favourite food trucks, enjoy an ice cold beverage, get into some cornhole and other beach games, and just chill to the tunes.
Bringing the Beats
You'll be dancing by the ocean all day to an incredible line up of amazing musical styles by the most talented local bands: rock classics by Kooler, Latin vibes by TRIPPYCALS, funk and soul grooves by Blase Blase, pop country by Whiskey Business and iconic Canadian tunes with Nautical Disaster.
Serving up the Eats
Sample tasty eats from our international food truck festival: so far we have Mediterranean flavours from Greek on the Street, Mama Rosies Filipino favourites, Bao Theory bringing a modern take on Taiwanese, Ali Baba pizza Italiano, Updog Korean corndogs, and the classic French Canadian L'Authentique Poutine & Burgers. Plus sweets from Cold Comfort Ice Cream, Frosana Treats, and Holy Cow Mini Donuts.
Getting to Eats & Beats
Whether you're cruising to the beach on your bike, paddling along the shore, or jumping on a FREE Beach Bus from a designated parking area... getting to the beach is half the fun!
Park & Ride: Jump on the FREE Beach Bus that will be running from parking areas at Quarry Park and Royal Bay Secondary School back parking lot to Eats & Beats all day!
Cycle: Cruise all the way to the beach on the sweetest routes mapped out for you on the Ride with GPS app, and use the FREE Bike Valet for secure storage while you party.
Transit: Take routes #50, #52, #53, or #61 to Royal Bay, then wander down or hop on the complimentary shuttle to the event. Plan your route with BC Transit.
Walk the beach to Eats & Beats! Park at the Lagoon Beach for a leisurely walk along the beach to the Beachlands. It’s just about 1km between from the Lagoon Washroom.
Paddle: Got your own kayak? Park at the Lagoon Beach and paddle over to Eats & Beats!
