What can I find in the Projects & Initiatives Tracker?
The Tracker provides different views of the same information. Together, these pages are intended to help residents understand Council decisions, organizational priorities, progress on initiatives, planned investments, and future work. The dashboard is updated quarterly.
Council Decisions - A searchable record of Council decisions and progress to helping residents understand what Council has directed and where those actions stand today.
Current Initiatives: A quarterly snapshot of current initiatives highlighting organizational priorities, progress, status, and planned investment.
Future Projects & Planning: An overview of initiatives planned across the Financial Plan period, including future priorities, funding outlook, where Council decisions are required, and current status. This gives residents insight into new Council priorities, evolving organizational focus areas, and initiatives that have been deferred, placed on hold, or reprioritized.
