Nobody should spend Christmas Day alone – whether you are retired, or a student, with family far away, or you are new to the area. If you are an adult on your own, head over to Church of the Advent on Christmas Day! 

This is the third annual Church of the Advent Home Alone Christmas Dinner and they are setting 80 places at noon noon on Christmas Day for a traditional meal, carol singing and festive fun. There is no charge  

Church of the Advent is at 510 Mount View Avenue in Colwood, just off Sooke Road and close to a bus stop. While they are not able to provide transport Handy Dart is a service you can book if you are not able to ride the bus.
