Join your neighbours and make a positive impact in our community as we work together to remove invasive species along one of Colwood's beautiful parks, Latoria Creek Park.
No experience required and all ages are welcome! This is a great outing for the family. We'll be joining Roger and Abby St-Pierre — two incredible people who have been quietly stewarding this park for 19 years.
If this is your first volunteer event with Friends of Colwood Parks, we will assist you onsite to sign up with the City of Colwood volunteer program.
🚩 Meet and Park at: Park along Latoria Road and enter the main park entrance - additional parking is in the Quarry Park Playground a few blocks away
🛠️ Bring: Sturdy shoes, water bottle, gloves, weather-appropriate, comforatble clothing and safety glasses if you have them.
