Construction associated with the development at 3211 Jacklin Road is scheduled to begin the week of May 25, 2026, and is anticipated to continue for approximately one year. Work will generally take place between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours as required.
During construction hours, residents and motorists can expect construction noise and temporary traffic delays. Traffic control personnel will be on site to safely direct traffic flow.
Single lane alternating traffic will be maintained at all times.
Emergency vehicles will be provided with immediate and priority access through the area at all times.
