What: CRD Water Main Upgrade
Motorists may experience brief delays when travelling through the above‑noted neighbourhood.
Construction for the watermain upgrade, being undertaken by CRD Integrated Water Services, is scheduled to begin the week of May 11, 2026, and is anticipated to take approximately five months to complete. Work will generally occur between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., with occasional extended days or hours as required.
During construction hours, residents and motorists can expect construction noise and temporary traffic delays. Traffic control personnel will be on site to safely direct traffic flow.
Any temporary impacts to individual driveway access, parking areas, or water services will be coordinated in advance with affected properties.
Emergency vehicles will be provided immediate and priority access through the area at all times.
