Volunteer Registration Forms
To register as a volunteer for City events or one of the above volunteer groups, please complete the application form below. The application also includes a waiver and photo release form.
Youth Volunteer Enrollment Form
Completing this application ensures you coverage with City of Colwood’s insurance plan and liability protection while performing your volunteer duties. Volunteers registered with the City of Colwood are acting on behalf of the City and under the City’s supervision.
Please only complete the registration form if you've confirmed your participation with the above groups' volunteer leadership or with Volunteer Coordinator Angie Dedrick (for City events).
