What: Eats and Beats event
- Eats & Beats parking will be established in the area behind Quality Foods and at Royal Bay Secondary for Eats & Beats attendees (see map)
- Expect congestion, delays, and significant pedestrian traffic in the area (slow down and take extra caution).
Shuttle stops will be coned off in the following locations:at the following locations, as indicated by yellow rectangles on the attached map and detailed below:
Shuttle 1 - One shuttle dedicated to the Lower Quality Foods parking route with the following shuttle stops:
1. A. Lower QF Gravel Parking Plaza stop (designate parking bay as shuttle stop)
1.B. Plaza stop at Ryder and Latoria (designate parking bay as shuttle stop)
1. C. Royal Bay Exchange stop at Latoria near Sparrowhawk (use pullout area behind transit stop)
1.D. The event at the Beachlands turnaround
Shuttle 2 and 3 - Two shuttles dedicated to the Royal Bay Secondary parking route, with the following shuttle stops:
2. A. Royal Bay Secondary back parking lot at Ryder Hesjedal Way and Kestrel Street
2.B. Royal Bay Exchange stop at Latoria Blvd near Sparrowhawk
2. C. The event at the Beachlands turnaround
All emergency vehicles will receive immediate and priority access through the area at all times.
