What: Wale - Wilfert Intersection Curb Repair
You may experience brief delays when travelling along Wale Road between Island Highway and Wilfert Road from March 31 to April 8, while a private contractor completes curb repairs and resurfacing work.
All repair and resurfacing work will be completed from the right turn lane on Wale Rd., with sufficient space maintained to allow one vehicle length in the turn lane prior to the intersection between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily. Please expect delays during this time.
Outside of working hours, the right-turn lane will remain open.
Traffic personnel will direct traffic between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Please follow their directions, obey traffic signs, reduce speed and use caution after hours. Use of alternative routes is encouraged.
Access to homes and businesses in the area will be maintained throughout construction.
Emergency vehicles will have right of way at all times.
