NOTICE IS GIVEN that Council of the City of Colwood will consider First, Second and Third Reading on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 6:30pm in relation to the proposed “Colwood Land Use Bylaw No. 151, 1989, Amendment No. 217 (North Latoria Corridor Zone; 532, 538 and 542 Latoria Road), Bylaw No. 2048, 2026”.
PURPOSE: This application proposes a rezoning from A1/R1 to a new multi-family residential zone to permit four 6-storey apartment buildings consisting of 313 units.

SUBJECT PROPERTY: This Bylaw applies to the lands legally described as:
- Lot 2, Section 61, Esquimalt Land District, Plan VIP23793 (532 Latoria Road)
- Lot 5, Section 61, Esquimalt Land District, Plan VIP7244 (538 Latoria Road)
- Lot 4, Section 60 & 61, Esquimalt Land District, Plan VIP7244 (542 Latoria Road)
INSPECTION OF MATERIALS: Copies of the proposed bylaw and related materials can be viewed at www.colwood.ca/news, or in person at Colwood City Hall from February 26 to March 9, 2026, between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
