Colwood Land Use Bylaw No. 151, 1989, Amendment No. 186 (CD31 – 3554 Ryder Hesjedal), Bylaw No. 1908, 2021
DATE and TIME: Wednesday, December 1, 2021, 6:00 pm
PLACE: Council Chambers 3300 Wishart Road, Colwood BC
PURPOSE: To rezone the subject property from the Royal Bay (RBCD3A) Zone to Comprehensive Development 31 (CD31) 3554 Ryder Hesjedal Zone to permit the construction of an additional 5 storey rental building. A parking standard of 1.6 spaces per dwelling unit will apply.
This bylaw only applies to the land legally described as: Lot 2 Sections 39 & 40 Esquimalt District Plan EPP65598. Copies of the proposed bylaw and related materials can be viewed at www.colwood.ca/publicnotices or in person at Colwood City Hall from November 12, 2021 to December 1, 2021 between 8:30am and 4:30 pm Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
