Colwood Land Use Bylaw No. 151, 1989, Amendment No. 186 (CD31 – 3554 Ryder Hesjedal), Bylaw No. 1908, 2021

DATE and TIME: Wednesday, December 1, 2021, 6:00 pm

PLACE: Council Chambers 3300 Wishart Road, Colwood BC

PURPOSE: To rezone the subject property from the Royal Bay (RBCD3A) Zone to Comprehensive Development 31 (CD31) 3554 Ryder Hesjedal Zone to permit the construction of an additional 5 storey rental building. A parking standard of 1.6 spaces per dwelling unit will apply.

This bylaw only applies to the land legally described as: Lot 2 Sections 39 & 40 Esquimalt District Plan EPP65598. Copies of the proposed bylaw and related materials can be viewed at or in person at Colwood City Hall from November 12, 2021 to December 1, 2021 between 8:30am and 4:30 pm Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
