Do you like spicy food? Do you think you can handle the heat? Do you get joy from watching others feel the heat? Well then this event is for you!
30 competitors will go head to head to see who can claim the glory of spiciest pallet. With a mixture of hot wings, fresh super hot peppers and a fearful sudden death. Do you know of anyone who is worthy of the challenge? This event is sponsored by local hot sauce company Island Chef Pepper Co.

Spectator- By Donation 19+ only
There will be house music, beverages for purchase and raffle prizes to be won.
Come join the Culinary Federation for a battle of scovilles.
All proceeds from this event will go towards charity initiatives for both the Culinary Federation and the Greater Victoria Fire Departments.
