This bylaw regulates noise within the City of Colwood to protect the quiet, peace, rest, enjoyment, comfort or convenience of persons in the neighbourhood or vicinity. It covers, general noise as well as noise caused by construction, vehicles, animals, amplification or public address sytems etc.
