Before You Begin
- Download the Application Checklist(s) for your desired application type and ensure you have all minimum application requirements ready, including the checklist itself.
- If you are an agent acting on behalf of an owner or are an owner needing an agent to represent you, please complete the Agent Authorization form before continuing. The Agent Authorization form must be attached to your application.
You will need to have all documents ready for submission, before you complete your application.
Ready to Apply?
- Go to the Online Development and Land Use Application Form.
- Complete and submit your application form, attaching all submission requirements.
- The Colwood Development Services Department will automatically receive your completed application when all signers have completed the signing process. There is no need to forward any documents outside this process.
