Traffic delays are expected:

What: Frontage Works along 341 Latoria Blvd
You may need to wait a few minutes when leaving or arriving in the neighborhood of Royal Bay when travelling East along Latoria Blvd between Dunlin Street and Sparrowhawk Ave.
Single lane traffic on Latoria Blvd is anticipated and traffic personnel will be onsite during the hours of 7am to 5pm to direct traffic if needed. Please follow their directions, obey traffic signs, and use caution after hours.
Emergency vehicle access will be maintained at all times.
