Health authorities and government agencies are taking steps to manage the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). The situation may evolve rapidly.

It is critical that we continue to be vigilant in protecting ourselves and others.

  • Stay home: Social distancing is how we will protect ourselves and each other.

  • Wash your hands well and often.

  • Cover your mouth and nose with your flexed elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

  • Seek medical attention if symptoms worsen. Call your doctor or 8-1-1 for medical information.

  • Stay connected: pick up the phone and check in with family, friends and neighbours.
