Celebrate the spirit of the season and reconnect with friends and neighbours at the Colwood Christmas Light Up.

Listen to local choirs from Wishart, Sangster and David Cameron Elementary Schools and the Arts & Culture Colwood Chorale as you enjoy a hot dog from Red Barn + Portofino and delicious fresh baked treats from Royal Bay Bakery while supplies last. Don’t forget to grab a mug of steaming hot chocolate to keep you warm while you wait for the Colwood Fire Truck to arrive with a very special guest...

Throughout the night there will be fun craft activities for kids, led by volunteers from West Shore Parks and Recreation and Arts & Culture Colwood Society to keep them busy while they eagerly await Santa's arrival by fire truck. 

2023 Colwood Calendar

We will have the 2023 Colwood Calendar available for purchase at the front counter of City Hall during the light up. Great for gifting, the calendar was created from photos submitted by community members and showcases the beauty of our city. This year, we will be selling the calendars for $5 with $1 going towards the Goldstream Food Bank. We will have a limited supply for sale at the front counter after the light up event.
