Join us for a walk in the park with Gord, your Colwood Parks Manager
Gord is always eager to hear about your experience of our local parks, answer questions, share information and talk about what the future holds for parks and trails in Colwood as outlined in the City's new Parks & Recreation Master Plan.
Last summer Gord hosted walks at Ocean View Park, Lookout Lake Park and Colwood Creek Park to inform the recently completed Parks Management Plans for those parks.
This summer the City will be seeking your input to help us create new Parks Management Plans for Latoria Creek Park and Havenwood Park, so let's start there!
This will also be a great opportunity to talk about plans in the works for a Waterfront Multi-use Trail connecting the Lagoon Beach to Royal Beach. And then we'll head up from the beach to the mountain and take in the spectacular views from Outlook Park on Delora Drive.
