Community immunization clinics for 55-65 year olds

Colwood is working to help residents receive their COVID-19 Immunization as soon as possible.

In addition to the ongoing Province of BC COVID-19 Immunization Plan, the Province is now making COVID 19 vaccines available for people aged 55 to 65 through local pharmacies at community clinics.

Peoples Pharmacy Colwood as partnered with Island Health to provide vaccinations close to home at the pharmacy at 1910 Sooke Road next to the Colwood Medical Clinic.

Saturday, April 10 and Sunday, April 11

The first set of clinics is limited to those aged 55 to 65 and will take place on Saturday, April 10 and Sunday, April 11.  The AstraZeneca vaccine provided by Island Health will be administered by pharmacists from Peoples Pharmacy Colwood.

Book your 10-minute appointment on April 10 or 11 between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm here. You do NOT need to book through the Provincial online booking system for this community clinic.

If you have already pre-registered to receive the COVID-19 vaccination through Immunize BC, please do not double-book through this program. We ask that you respect your pre-existing registration to receive your vaccination as determined by your age cohort.
