Westshore Market Insights and Trends for 2021

Business and development representatives in Colwood are invited to join Colwood's second Prosperity Roundtable discussion about COVID-19 business recovery (Read Colwood's Economic Recovery Plan).

The meeting is scheduled for
Tuesday, January 12, 2021
from noon to 1:00pm  

The roundtable meeting will feature a presentation titled "Westshore Market Insights and Trends for 2021" presented by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Senior Analyst, Perishing Sun. After the presentation participants will have the opportunity to interact and discuss any questions and answers from the group. 

This is an opportunity to learn about upcoming market insights, speak directly with Colwood Council, and share ideas about business and development issues that are important to you and how we can work together toward a strong recovery. 

Councillor Doug Kobayashi will be chairing the online meeting and representatives of all City departments will be in attendance.

COVID-19 has forced us to hold this meeting virtually, however future events are planned to be in-person lunch breaks where business and development representatives can share ideas with the City.

The first 20 attendees will receive a $15 gift card to the Rose Neighbourhood Public House.
