Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, public access to Colwood City Hall is not permitted at this time, however Colwood Council and City staff are working to continue the business of the City and position our community for a healthy recovery from this crisis.
As always, you can watch City Meetings by live stream online and view archived video of past meetings any time.
The next Committee of the Whole meeting is scheduled for April 6, 2020 at 6:00 pm. Council members will be participating electronically. View the April 6 agenda.
Public Participation
In order to continue the business of the City while protecting public health during the COVID-19 pandemic, a new temporary Ministerial Order allows municipalities to hold meetings without in person public attendance.
Colwood Council understands that public participation creates more informed and durable decisions. Therefore, the City will trial two methods for including your input.
- Provide written comments: Email comments to corporateservices@colwood.ca up to noon on the day of the meeting where the item will be considered.
- Participate by phone: Pre-register by noon on the day of the meeting to speak to Council or Committee during Public Participation via telephone. Email corporateservices@colwood.ca to register.
