Yes, Branch Drop Off will continue to be offered at this time, with the following social distancing measures

Many residents have extra time on their hands for yard work and rely on the Branch Drop Off Program to dispose of yard and garden waste.

The Provincial Health Officer encourages people to stay home but to get outdoors and active. The City would like to support that by continuing the Branch Drop Off Program for as long as possible.

These social distancing measures must be strictly followed to protect your health and the health of the Public Works team:

  1. Please attend only if you are healthy
  2. Respect personal distances of 2m
  3. Remain in your car while waiting to unload
  4. Have ID ready to display at the window as needed - staff will not be handling it
  5. Be prepared to unload your own materials: a staff member will be on-site, but for your safety and theirs, will be directed to maintain personal distance and not handle materials

This information is subject to sudden change based on direction from health authorities.
