On June 25, 2019 Seacliff Properties invited the community to join them at an open house to learn more and provide input about the variety of housing, services, transportation connections and amenities being proposed for the vibrant new seaside community at Royal Beach in Colwood.

Seacliff Properties has submitted an application to amend the Official Community Plan and rezone the Royal Beach property below Metchosin Road in Royal Bay. The application is expected to be considered by Council in the fall of 2019.
