District Developments Corp. plans to provide information to the public about their application to amend the Zoning Bylaw for the property located at 3554 Ryder Hesjedal Way and to receive comments about the application from Colwood residents.
Their development proposes a multi-phase apartment community comprised of approximately 123 units in 2 separate buildings, above a one level concrete parkade.
As of Thursday February 25th at 5:30pm members of the Colwood community will have the opportunity to access and view the Public Information Presentation.

The public will have the opportunity to provide their comments and questions in writing via e-mail or mail in response to the rezoning proposal.
More details regarding the collection of comments, the comment receiving period, and when responses will be made available will be noted on the website on February 25th at 5:30pm.
Also, as part of the rezoning application process, District will compile a summary document that includes all comments and questions received, along with District’s responses, and will provide this to the City of Colwood Staff for their review and consideration.
