Bylaw 1500 was adopted on Nov. 27, 2011 for the purpose of proving funds to pay the costs of providing, constructing, altering or expanding sewer facilities within the City of Colwood.
IMPORTANT – To check if your development is in the sewer exclusion zone, please reference the exclusion zone in Schedule E of Bylaw 1500.
