The October 19 meeting of the Official Community Plan Steering Committee has been cancelled. The City has not yet received a full draft Official Community Plan document from the consultant team, and staff feel it is important that the draft plan be presented to the Steering Committee as a whole. The complete draft plan will be made available to the Steering Committee well in advance of the next regularly scheduled meeting on November 16, 2017, to give committee members ample opportunity to review it.  Staff are also making arrangements for workshops in November to gather input from various stakeholder groups and the broader public.
