Thank you to the 400 Colwood residents who took the time to walk through the Colwood Citizen Satisfaction Survey during late January and early February 2016.

Questions focused on which city services are most important to citizens and where they feel there is need for improvement.

This survey will help Council better understand citizen needs and expectations. Asking residents ‘how are we doing?’ and ‘what’s most important to you?’ provides critical information to help measure progress and make decisions about the community-building services, projects and initiatives the City will focus on.

The surveyors have gathered input from a random sample of 400 citizens. This approach is the most a scientific way to hear from a broad range of residents throughout the community. Colwood residents not contacted by phone had the opportunity to complete the survey online as well. The 2016 survey is now closed.
